CIBSE SDG @ IBPSA 2009 CONFERENCE
The University of Strathclyde in Glasgow was selected to host the 11th International Building Performance Simulation Association Conference and Exhibition in 2009. The conference was held at the University of Strathclyde Glasgow City in July 2009. The conference was focusing on the following themes: (a) advances in building physics (b) human aspects of the indoor environment (c) building services (d) commissioning and operation (e) validation and calibration (f) energy capture and conversion (g) advances in applications (h) simulation in design practice and (i) regulation/code compliance. CIBSE School Design Group organised an all day session on simulation in school design practice and the development of regulatory compliance tools for school buildings. Up to 70 IBPSA World delegates attended the sessions.Plenary Keynote Speaker:
